Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Choose the Right Door
Select a sturdy, interior door that closes securely. Set up on the side that pulls closed for maximum stability. Ensure enough space for movement on both sides.

Position the Anchor Straps
Place the anchor straps over the top and bottom door edges. Place the anti-slip guards on both sides of the door. Insert mauve strap into the metal attachment by squeezing clip open. Pull on straps to tighten securely.

Assemble Bar & Attach Resistance Bands
Assemble the bar by connecting the middle section to the two end pieces, twisting until tight. Clip resistance bands to anchor straps and attachments (handles, foot loops and bar).
